What is an Individual Voluntary Arrangement?

How an Individual Voluntary Arrangement could help you.

You may well owe more than you think once you sit down and work out all your outstanding debts and charges.

An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) is a legally binding formal arrangement made between a debtor and his or her creditors. IVA help by experienced insolvency specialists can reduce your debts. An IVA could help significantly reduce your debts, help lower your monthly repayments, repayable over 60 months. After the five years, you would be considered to be debt free.
